The Banner of Truth magazine, published in the U.K. has just reprinted Dr Martyn Lloyd-Jones’s Review of Cornelius Van Til’s Christianity and Barthianism. For those readers who are maybe put-off by Van Til’s book, this review will at least give you an idea of its contents.
May I just add that my own opinion of this important book is that: 1. it is very informed and needs to be heeded by evangelicals today, and, 2. the fact that so many evangelicals say the things they say about both Karl Barth (positively) and Cornelius Van Til (negatively) persuades me that they have never read this great work.
